БИОХАКИНГ ◾️ BIOHACKING ⠀ 🤓 Услышала новое слово - биохакинг. Вы наверняка тоже его слышали, но теперь узнаете. Решила загуглить (обычно я гуглю все, что вызывает интерес) 🧐 ⠀ И вот, что мне выдал поиск, дословно: 🧩 Биохакинг - это измерение параметров организма и осознанная работа с “отклонениями”, тем самым оптимизация работы организма и выведение его на другой уровень. Биохакинг направлен на баланс, целостность и развитие. ⠀ ‼️ ВАЖНО ‼️ Это не медицина, которая нацелена на лечение. Биохакинг нацелен на предупреждение неполадок, т.е. устранение «болезни» ещё задолго до её прогрессирования. ⠀ Как говорит Сергей Фаге - изобретатель самого слова «биохакинг»: 🔅 Цель биохакинга — точечно управлять своей биохимией, чтобы повышать те физические и ментальные состояния, которые мне полезны. ⠀ Что делать то нужно? 🔹 гигиена сна 🔹 оптимальное питание (больше живого, растительного) 🔹 оптимальные физические нагрузки 🔹 ментальное здоровье 🔹 правильно подобранные добавки ⠀ 😆 Проглотив эту инфу, я поняла, что я и есть тот самый биохакер) да блин, я слежу за этим и улучшаю каждый день, но никак не могла подобрать слово чем я занимаюсь. Веган? ЗОЖник? Фитоняшка? Растениеед? Ментальные практики? Но дело в том, что я не хочу себя отождествлять с какими-то понятиями. Потому что понятия в основном сеют ассоциации. Да и биохакером называть себя не хочу, слишком заумно) Скорее - адепт здорового образа жизни. ⠀ 🥑 В итоге что? Плюс новое слово в копилку и осознание того, что людям это становится интересно все больше и больше, вот так. There are so many whys in   #life   that we haven’t really sat down to think about. Sure,   #timeismoney  , but in the same vein that   #knowledgeispower  . Knowing “why” we choose to do certain things gives us a more rational control over the ideas that we want to implement (which is quite an   #INTJ   thing to say, of course 🤓). Even in our   #health  , medical science gives us a lot of “how” without really explaining the “why” behind it. I get it - medical science is complicated, and most technical gobbledygook will fly over the heads of most people. Does that mean we don’t trust the doctors’ advice? I’d say their points are still valid. Modern   #medicine   can still calm down symptoms of a disease to prevent it from being life-threatening or reduce its ability to incapacitate. But these symptoms also indicate that the   #cells   in our body aren’t functioning at their best. The question is: why? The trillions of cells in our body operate according to multistep biochemical signalling cascades. One or more steps going wrong in the middle of the cascade from a suboptimal cellular response can trigger a cascade of malfunctions, which eventually results in the disease symptoms appearing. But we do have to note: if our cells are not responding as they should, then “what” is causing that aberrant response and what steps can be taken to reverse that response? What is the   #rootcause   of that response? By getting caught up in the “how”, it isn’t really too easy to understand the “why”.   #DoktorJ   has provided many different “why” mechanisms for different illnesses and problems. Hopefully it does help to shed some light. Medication may be necessary for the time being at least, but can   #biohacking   our way to   #optimalhealth   with   #optimalnutrition   be helpful to the problems that we’re facing? Maybe, maybe not. It depends if   #nutrition   is a viable solution to the problem at hand. Doktor J’s   #biohack   techniques are designed to cover the different probable root causes for prevention, not curing. It doesn’t make sense to go 100%   #medicine   and 0% nutrition; neither is it wise to go 100% nutrition and 0% medicine.   #biohacker     #scientist
