La mía es con un bowl de Pudding de Chia Chai, con fruta fresca y Raw Granola 😍 Para 1 bowl 1/4 taza de semillas de Chia 3/4 taza de leche de almendras 1/2 cucharita de esencia de vainilla 1/2 cucharita de canela en polvo Pizca de clavo de olor Pizca de jengibre en polvo Pizca de nuez moscada Miel de maple o endulzante a gusto En un bowl coloca las semillas de Chia y las especies. Agrega leche de almendras, vainilla y endulzante. Mezcla muy bien. Lleva al refrigerador y deja reposar por lo menos 1 hora, hasta que espese, o de un día a otro. And so cute too in these 8 ounce mason jars😍 —> Either way, they are delish and will fly off your fridge shelves 🙌🏻 . 👉🏻1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice) 👉🏻2 TBSP chia seeds👉🏻2 tsp maple syrup 👉🏻1/2 tsp cocoa powder 👉🏻1/4 tsp vanilla extract 👉🏻1/2 cup raspberries 👉🏻1 TBSP toasted and sliced almonds 👉🏻stir all ingredients together (except fruit and almonds) into a medium bowl. *Crunchy Hemp & Chia Date Balls* • Quick delicious homemade snack for a Heritage day trail run in the morning. See easy yummy recipe below... • • • * 2,5 cups dried dates (soaked in hot water for 15 min) * 1 Tbsp chia seeds * 1 Tbsp cocoa nibs * 1 Tbsp collagen powder * 1,5 Tbsp Hemp powder * 2 Tbsp coco butter or coconut oil * 4 Tbsp buckwheat hulls * 2 tsp vanilla essence or extract * 1 cup oats * Generous pinch of pink salt * Desiccated coconut or cocoa powder for rolling 1. Blitz the oats in a food processor for a few minutes 2. Add the softened dates (drained of the water) and cocoa butter (or coconut oil), and process for about 2 minutes (scraping the edges of the bowl often) 3. Add the collagen, hemp, vanilla, salt and blend until combined 4. Transfer date mixture to a mixing bowl 5. Mix in the chia seeds, cocoa nibs and buckwheat hulls until all incorporated 6. Refrigerate for 15 min 7. Roll into balls and roll through desiccated coconut (or cocoa powder for a more chocolatey version) 8. I’ve teamed up with Braun to show you how, using their MultiQuick 9 Blender, you can batch make some simple but delicious breakfast recipes that will keep in the fridge or freezer for the next few days and I’m starting with this simple but delicious overnight oats. INGREDIENTS: 100g frozen raspberries 4 tbsp hot water 1 tbsp chia seeds 1 tbsp honey 200g porridge oats 300ml milk 100g plain yogurt INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Add the frozen raspberries, hot water, chia seeds and honey to the mini chopper. Pop on the lid and then insert the main blender motor in. Blitz until the raspberries have been broken down and everything is blended together. 2. In a large bowl mix together the oats, milk and yogurt. 3. At this stage you can either mix the oats and raspberry chia compote together, layering them in individual bowls or jars, or else keep them separate until you are ready to eat. 4. The oats and compote will keep covered in the fridge for up to 3 days.
