Vi ho tenuto un pochino sulle spine x questa ricetta 😅 volevo riprovare a farli per testare ancora una volta le dosi ed ecco qua, questa volta ne ho fatta una bella scorpacciata☺️ Veniamo alla ricetta e scorrete le foto➡️➡️ Ingredienti 🥞 🌾 100g avena neutra   @prozisitalia   🥥 10g olio di cocco   @nu3  _it 🥚 60g albume Spezie a volontà (zenzero cannella e noce moscata) Per decorare ho usato la crema al cocco   @nu3  _it Facilissimi e velocissimi da realizzare. Sciogliere l'olio di cocco, aggiungere farina ed albume e le spezie... Formare un panetto e riporre in frigo avvolto nella pellicola 30 min. Stendere la frolla con un mattarello e con lo stampino formare gli omini... Infornare a 200° x circa 15min (il tempo varia a seconda del forno ma quando vedete che sono coloriti e croccanti sono pronti)... Un bell'insuppo nel. Latte caldo o in una cioccolata in tazza é la morte sua... Christmas Pudding Cookies by @_hannaheats Headover to her page for loads of deliciously healthy recipes!   #recipe   👇 ➕➕INGREDIENTS 150g vanilla ice cream, 115g melted Butter, 115g Coconut sugar, 250g plain flour, 1/2 tsp each cinnamon, baking powder and salt, 1 egg . ⏩⏩Instructions 1. Get all your ingredients weighed out and ready. 2. Mix together the sugar and butter until smooth and then mix through the ice cream. 3. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until you have a dough. 4. Put the dough in the fridge for 1 hour. 5. Preheat the oven to 170c and grease a baking tray. 6. Take the dough out of the fridge. Roll in to 15 balls and place around 2 cm apart on the baking tray. 7. Push down each ball with the back of a spoon until they are around 1cm high. 8. Bake for 15 mins. 9. Take out the oven. HEALTHY THINGS TO DO IN DECEMBER   #3  ! 🎄   #EatYourGreens   Hi! Sorry for such a late evening post. I really want to share one ☝🏻 healthy tip everyday for the month of December but, I had such a long work day and just got home. Today’s tip is for anyone who is either struggling with getting enough veggies throughout their day or, would like to eat more of it. (Yay, greens! 🥬) We all know eating vegetables are good for us and that we should eat more of it but it’s hard and I get it. It takes time to cut, wash, and prep the veggies... And then you got to figure out how to cook it and make it taste good. It’s so much easier to just grab a cup of sugary coffee along with a cookie or muffin from your local coffee shop. Then have a sandwich for lunch and pasta for dinner. We opt to eat those foods because they’re convenient, simple, and takes little time to make but, do you realize that you’re actually replacing nutrient dense veggies (that will actually keep you fuller for longer) with high carb/sugary foods that only gives you temporary satisfaction and adds little to no nutritive value? 🤔 Now take a moment and think:” How much veggies am I eat? And am I eating enough of it?” ✨SO HERE’S THE TIP: If you’re someone who’s struggling with it 🥬. Then try this. Challenge yourself to include a vegetable in every meal! If that’s not possible, then start with breakfast first. That way, even if you don’t get your veggie intake in later in the day at least you’ve got it in first thing in the morning. You might even notice a reduction in your sugar cravings too. How sweet is that without being sweet!? LOL. 😉 I know I’m definitely more inclined to want something sweet later in the day if I had a sweet vs a savory type of breakfast. Today I had a plain bowl of oatmeal with berries and a TBSP of PB on top. Along with a side of salad made with watercress, tomatoes, and two fried eggs. I even substituted my morning coffee and got myself “caffeinated “ with a glass of fresh lemon water! Haha.
