I’d need to know you’re age, height, weight, goals, physical activity level, history of dieting, your relationship with food, what you’re currently eating and a lot of other factors.
Anyone can use formulas online but as well as being highly inaccurate, formulas are only a very small part of the equation when it comes to your overall physical and mental health.🔢
Everything requires context and I would never be able to give you nutrition advice without knowing you individually.
