I'm a strict believer of not over doing it, I definitely binge out on food but try having at least one home cooked meal with something healthy in my daily routine. If you're someone who's finding it difficult to get in some raw veggies and fibre into your day. I urge you to try this out, go nuts with the nuts and drizzle in some honey instead of an extra banana or put in some frozen broccoli. Let me know if you do try it in the comments below 💚 . Day 37 Breakfast: had a hard time choosing between peanut butter and yogurt to be the topping for the bread, so I decided to go with both 😂 topped it off with fresh strawberries and chia seeds 🍓 Lunch: rice + boiled bok choy + pork and shrimps cooked with soy sauce. Simple Viet meal and the taste can never go wrong. Afternoon: hot cappuccino just because I wanna switch it up from Americano once in a while 😂 Dinner: boiled Kohlrabi + scrambled eggs with tomatoes Snack: hearty yogurt bowl Drink: 1.5L water, 300ml tea,300ml coffee Workout: 15 mins fast walking, 10 mins flat belly exercise, 10 mins mini-band arm exercise, 10 mins leg exercise. ______________________ Sáng: khi không biết nên ăn bánh mì với bơ lạt hay sữa chua thì mình quyết định chọn cả hai :)) ăn với dâu tây và hạt chia ngon dã man 🍓❤️ Trưa: cơm + rau cải ngọt luộc + thịt rang tôm. Combo đơn giản không thể không ngon 😂 Chiều: 1 cốc cappuccino to bự :)) Tối: su hào luộc + trứng trưng cà chua. Les dejo esta increíble y fácil receta "Queque de naranja"🍊   #sinlacteos   😋 la receta original es de   @andrearecetas   🌻 ▪️ La única modificación que hice fue cambiar el azúcar por stevia bake. Ing. 3 huevos 2 tz de harina 1 tz de azúcar ó stevia bake 1 cdta p.hornear 2 naranjas (para zumo y ralladura) 150ml aceite Prep: Batir los huevos con el azúcar, hasta que suba y quede cremoso. Luego de forma manual incorporar una taza de harina, seguido por el aceite, la ralladura y el zumo.y finalmente agregar la segunda taza de harina.
