Simple tasty oil free chicken recipe! Perfect protein rich food for people who are trying to lose weight.
Chicken is basically a lean meat which is low-fat,protein rich,nutritious and a great healthy way to lose weight.
So let's get started with the recipe.
1 whole bay leaf
1 teaspoon Coriander powder
7 small garlic pods
An inch of ginger
A table-spoon of curd
Half medium-sized tomato
2 pinches of turmeric powder
Chilly powder and salt as needed
Grind all the ingredients in a mixer except bay leaf and chicken. Add the paste ,bay leaf and curd to the chicken and marinate it for an hour. I have kept it for overnight in fridge.
Heat a non stick pan or iron cast pan and pour this mixture and stir it for some time. There is no need of oil for this recipe.
Cover it and cook it.Add little water once the water from the marinated chicken dried up. Cook till the masala and chicken is cooked well. Finally top it with some freshly chopped coriander leaves. This takes only 10-15 mins to make the full recipe.
