The past one and a half week has been quite challenging for my body. Apart from suffering cold and bad sore throat that made my voice disappeared for 3 days.
I had terrible sleep with sweat and cough and I must canceled all my classes.
On top of that, as I was bored to hell I decided to have my very fist tattoo 2 days ago, which adding an extra battle for my body to fully recovered 🤷🏻♂️ Today I felt better and my voice is back so I decided to get back to work, and ironically must teach back to back classes of power yoga and vinyasa 🤦🏻♂️ It felt like I was drunk at some point when I teach. Luckily I survived till the very last of my 2nd class. Phew.
And to top it up, this afternoon I went to the dentist due to problem that I have with my back tooth, which resulting I got my wisdom tooth removed today 😖
From suffering the flu virus to needling on my "innocent" skin to forcing my strength and to bleed my gums from today, I realized how abusive we can be to our body, consciously and unconsciously or under certain circumstances.
Felt bad for some of my action but at the same time I'm glad to be reminded how important it is to take care of our body, our "home". Not only to feed and pamper it but also to respect all of its limitation. Gladly all these pain now are all going to heal. By having that in mind, slowly I feel becoming a human again after days being a zombie.
Well I hope all of you are well, happy and healthy. In any case you sometimes think to push your limit maybe let me here to remind you being sick is SUCKS!
Anyway, am back tomorrow to my regular classes, gosh I miss being "normal" again schedule wise 😁
