Peacefully waking momentarily to be drowned by a wave of dread.
The binge eating hangover.
How could I have let it happen again?
Guilt, frustration, fear, anger… helplessness. Vowing to never do it again I would white knuckle through my day restricting food so hard that eventually I, of course would binge again. The cycle that haunted me. It seeped into every area of my life and stole precious moments. Nothing was ok unless I was in control of my food and my weight.
